Ingredientsone fourth cup boiled and sweet potato, 2 tbsp boiled and grinded split bengal gram,2 tsp finely chopped green chilli,1 tsp crushed garlic pods,1 tsp garam masala powder,Salt to taste,half tsp red chilli powder,1 tbsp oil.
Method
In a bowl add the boiled and sweet potato and mash it.
Add the boiled and grinded split Bengal gram, finely chopped green chilli, crushed garlic pods, garam masala powder, salt, red chilli powder and mix.
Mash it well to make a paste.
Add oil in a pan and give a shape to the kabab micture. Pan sear the kababs from both sides.
Remove on a plate and serve with tomato chutney.
Garnish the kababs with coriander leaves.
