This technique uses the properties of
essential oils for healing purposes. Essential oils tend to ease stress
and heal other infections as well. Keep a collection of scents at home
and pamper yourself every weekend.
All aromatherapy baths
contain one part of sea salt, two parts of baking soda and other one
part of Epsom salt. Mix them well in water tub and add a few drops of
your favourite essential oil scents. Vanilla and chamomile scents are
popular ones. Soak yourself in the tub for as long as you feel. You will
come out relaxed, sans your woes.
