How to make yummy Chilli Paneer Sizzler at home

Ingredients
250 grams paneer, 2
boiled potatoes, 2 bread slices, 2 diced onions, 2 diced carrot, 2 diced
capsicum, 2 diced broccoli, 50 grams French beans, 1/2 cup soaked cow
pea/lobia, 1/2 cup soya chunks (soaked), 1 cup tomato ketchup,2 tbsp chilli
sauce, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp worcestershire
sauce, 1 cup curd/dahi, salt to taste and black pepper powder (grounded) to
taste, 4 tbsp butter
How to make
First mash paneer and boiled potatoes together well. Keep them
aside. Now soak bread in water and squeeze out water. Add bread to paneer and
potato mixture. Add 1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste and mix well. Divide the
mixture into equal portions and shape them into cutlets. Now fry each cutlet
using little oil till it get golden and crisp from both the sides. Keep aside.
Boil water and add salt in water. Add vegetables in water and boil it for 3
minutes. Drain and keep aside. Add the soya chunks and lobia to the same water.
Boil them for 3 minutes, drain and keep aside. Combine the curd with tomato
ketchup, chilli sauce, soya sauce, worcestershire sauce, remaining ginger
garlic paste, salt and pepper. Heat the mixture till thickens. Keep aside. Heat
4 sizzler plates till very hot. Put butter on a sizzler plate, arrange the
vegetables and paneer cutlets and pour the sauce and serve hot.
