How to make perfect South Indian filter Coffee at home
Without coffee filter:-
Ingredients (2 cups)
3 tsp coffee powder, 3/4 cup water, fresh milk, 3 tsp sugar (1 and 1/2 tsp), flat bottomed vessel
How to make
Take flat bottomed vessel and add coffee in it. Boil water in a vessel and pour this water in vessel with coffee powder. Cover it with lid for 30 seconds. Now boil milk. Meanwhile open the lid of vessel with coffee water. Take another mug and pour coffee water in it. Repeat this process to mix coffee water well. Again cover the coffee water for 2 minutes. Take a cup and add sugar, boiled milk and one quarter of coffee decoction. Serve in davara tumbler. Enjoy filter coffee made without coffee filter.
