How to make delicious and healthy Club sandwiches at home

Ingredients
12 bread slices toasted, 1 medium green capsicum (sliced into thin strips), 1 medium carrot (peeled and grated), 1/4 medium cabbage (grated), 2 medium tomatoes (sliced), 1 medium cucumber (sliced), 1/4 cup mayonnaise, salt, 1/4 tsp white pepper powder, 2 slices pineapple, 4 tbsp butter, 1/2 bunch lettuce leaves, 4 cheese slices, seasoning
How to make
Start with mixing mayonnaise with capsicum, carrot and cabbage to make coleslaw. Now add pineapple pieces to the coleslaw and mix them well. Now take toasted bread slices and apply butter on one side of 8 slices. Apply butter on both sides of 4 slices. Now take four slices of bread with single side buttered. Arrange half of the lettuce leaves on them. Now keep some coleslaw aside and spread the remaining evenly on all the four slices. Now put another layer of bread slices with both sides buttered on it. Now put remaining lettuce leaves, tomato and cucumber slices on it. Sprinkle seasoning and place cheese slices. Finally, cover the sandwiches with toasted bread slices with single side buttered. Lightly press sandwiches with palm to set the ingredients. Take a sharp knife and cut the edges of the sandwich. Cut all sandwiches diagonally. Serve these delicious Club sandwiches with reserved coleslaw and potato wafers.
