Cover the pressure cooker and reduce the heat to medium-low and cook the cake for 20 minutes.
Take a toothpick and stick it into the cake to see if it is fully cooked. If the toothpick comes out dry, the cake is ready. Otherwise, keep it for another 5 minutes and repeat check.
Turn off the heat and uncover the cooker. Let it cool for about 5 minutes.
Cover your cooker with a plate and flip the appliance. Cut the cake and serve.
