Paneer KulchaIngredients
2 cups maida,
1/2 tsp salt, 3/4 tsp sugar, 1/4 tsp baking soda, 1 tbsp ghee, 1 tbsp yogurt, milk
as required for dough
For the paneer filling
100 gms
paneer (grated), 1 tsp red chilly powder, 1/4 tsp jeera powder, 1/2 tsp garam
masala, fresh coriander leaves (chopped), salt to taste
How to make
Take maida, salt,
sugar, baking soda, ghee, yogurt in a bowl. Mix them well. And knead flour with
milk. Use wet cloth to cover the dough.
Keep this for 60 minutes. Mix paneer,
red chilly powder, jeera powder, coriander leaves and salt together. Now make
balls of it.
Now take the dough
and make round balls from it. Take one ball. Roll it into thick small circular
roti. Now put the paneer filling in the middle of small roti and close the
sides properly. Now again make small round discs with hands. Keep this small disc
aside for 10-15 minutes. Flatten this
disc into small kulchas. Heat tawa and
cook the kulchas from both sides using ghee/butter. Cook kulcha till it get
brown. Serve it hot.
