Aquarius is an airy sign and is dynamic and unpredictable by nature.
Food: Green leafy vegetables, dry nuts like almonds, walnuts etc. Use olive oil as preferred cooking oil. Skimmed milk, whole meal bread with lettuce, tomato, egg slices, mashed potatoes, fruit or vegetable salad, black grapes, apples, cherries, avocado etc. Avoid excessive tea or coffee and also carbonated beverages.
Exercises: Lower leg workouts like hopping, skipping, and jumping.
