In life, there are very few quick fixes, and even less so with hair, which can be notoriously prone to damage and breakage. Fortunately, there are a few things you can do to get your hair looking and feeling better right away. Here are some tips.
Throw in the towel
Towels are great for absorbing moisture, but they can be a little too effective when it comes to delicate strands. Instead of the towel you use on your body, wrap your hair up in an old t shirt. It will still soak up excess moisture, but it won't leave your hair dehydrated.
Trim it
If you have been putting off getting a trim for a while, now would be a good time. Ideally, you should be getting a trim once every month or every month and a half to keep those split ends away.
