Dharam Singh Deol better known as Dharmendra had reportedly converted to Islam in 1979 when he fell in love with actress Hema Malini. He was still married to Prakash Kaur and didn't want to divorce his wife. So he converted to Islam and married the Dream Girl. According to sources, even though he converted to Islam, he does not practice it.
