Pineapple SmoothieIngridents:1 cup Tonned Milk
4 Slices of canned pineapple
1 Tbsp cold-procesed orgainc flaxseed oil
Ice as per requirementMethod:
1) Place milk, canned pineapple in blender.
2) Add ice, and whip for 1 minute.
3) Pour out in glass and stir in flaxxed oil.
4) Your Pineapple Smoothie is ready to be served.Serves- 1
