Winter will be a snowy one, and these raw snowflake coconut balls are the perfect treat to enjoy against a backdrop of fluffy flakes. These tasty treats contain healthy anti-inflammatory ingredients, making them a healthy holiday choice. Plus, they are a fun treat to serve for a festive dessert or for serving kids with a healthier sweet. Check out the recipe-

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups almond flour, 1/3 cup coconut flour, 1/4 tsp. sea salt, 2 tbsp. coconut flakes plus more for coating balls, 5 tbsp. maple syrup, Juice of 1 large lemon, 2 tsp. lemon zest, 1 tsp. vanilla extract, 1/4 cup melted coconut oil.

How to make

In a mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients, set aside. In a separate bowl, add all wet ingredients except coconut oil to the dry ingredients. Use an electric mixer to blend wet ingredients and slowly add melted coconut oil.

Use your hands to roll into small balls and place in shredded coconut. Chill in the fridge for 35 minutes or until ready to serve.

Total time: 45 min.

It can be served to 4 peoples.
