Heart It
Pregnancy is physically demanding. A woman is better prepared for
pregnancy and labor when she consistently exercises. Her body can
remember her pre-pregnancy weight and return to that weight soon after
birth. Exercising also reduces unnecessary weight put on that will only
be harder to loose after the baby. Doctors recommend 30 minutes a day.
It is important to keep the heart rate up during the physical activity.
Keep in mind that if you did not run prior to pregnancy, don’t start
once you’re pregnant.
