He takes Protein shake, Egg Whites with amino acid tablets in his Pre-workout diet. After the workout he eats Bowl of oats, Egg Whites, almonds, Protein shake with Glutamine. In the Lunch, Salman eats Dal, Green Veggies, and chapatti. In the Evening snacks, he takes some Nuts & Protein Shake. In the Dinner, he eats Grilled Fish/Chicken, Vegetable Soup, Egg Whites and Protein Shake before going to bed.
