Happy Wife, Happy Llife
Researchers analyzed the data of 394 couples who were part of the 2009 national study that assessed income, health, and disability. Each of the couples had been married for an average of 39 years. Participants were asked questions about their marital life that includes whether their spouse argues with them or appreciates them.
The old saying "happy wife, happy life" has been proven to be true by researchers Rutgers University.
Department of Sociology School of Arts and Science, said if the wife is happy and contended with her marriage, she tends to be more nurturing to her husband which in turn has a positive effect in his life.
