Hormones are chemicals produced by glands in the body. These hormones travel throughout the body by the bloodstream, playing a part as a messenger. One of the important functions of hormones is to regulate mood. Certain hormones help to promote a positive feeling in the body.
Happy hormone includes:

Dopamine:
The feel-good neurotransmitter that drives your brain's reward system. It is associated with a pleasurable sensation, along with learning, memory, etc. To stimulate dopamine, you have to listen to upbeat music, eat a sweet treat, get a good night's sleep, and complete a small task.

Serotonin:
Serotonin is a Mood stabilizer that improves sleep, reduces anxiety, and increases happiness. To stimulate serotonin, one must get some sunlight, go for a walk, meditate, and do some exercise.

Oxytocin:
Oxytocin is also known as the bonding hormone or love hormone. It is released when we feel connected to people. It is essential for making bonds with other people. To stimulate oxytocin, we should pet the dog/cat, hug someone, cook for loved ones, and hold hands.

Endorphins:
Endorphins are a brain natural painkiller. It helps to reduce stress or discomfort and increases pleasure. To stimulate endorphins, one should do some exercise, burn essential oils, eat chocolate, and watch some comedy.
