Government officials in India to use Electric cars
With the continuous rise in fuel prices, there is a need of an alternative fuel to petrol and diesel. For this purpose, electric cars are developed. Although this is not an alternative to the fuel used car but altogether a new car. Now government of India wants this car to run on road to combat fuel issue. To promote the use of electric vehicles, Piyush Goyal, Minister of state for power, coal and renewable energy and mines said that ministers and officials under this division will start using electric cars.
