The rotator cuff is a group of four muscles that stabilize the shoulder and allow it to move. Rotator cuff exercises improve shoulder mobility. The aim is to restore full, pain free mobility to the shoulder joint. Mobility should be done at least once a day. Some of the exercises include pendulum exercises, pole or wand exercises, stretching exercises, strengthening exercises, dynamic strengthening. If any of the exercises are painful do not do them.
