Churma
In a deep bowl, take wheat flour, semolina and melted ghee and mix well. Knead stiff dough with help of 1/4 cup of water. Now divide dough into equal portions. Roll each dough portion with your palm and press in the centre of each portion with thumb. Now, heat ghee in a kadhai and deep-fry dough balls on slow flame. Fry them till they are golden brown in colour. Allow them to cool. Break the fried dough balls into small pieces with your hands and blend in a mixer into a fine powder. Add almonds, cardamom powder and powdered sugar and mix well. Churma is ready.
How to serve
Warm the dal and arrange 4 batis with ghee on plate. You can add more ghee to batis if you like. Put churma on plate. And serve the delicious traditional dish of Rajasthan.
