yogurt is a wonderful skin hydrating product so it makes your skin smooth and
supple. The lactic acid in yogurt makes your skin free from bacteria. Take fresh
yogurt and apply it on body. Gently massage your skin and keep it for 10
minutes. Take bathe with lukewarm water. Do it regularly or alternately.
