but after pregnancy is over you may wish to return to your pre-pregnancy
body and fitness level. A healthy diet with daily exercise will help

Starting to get back
into shape after childbirth should be a gradual process. Deep breathing
exercises are an easy early way to strengthen neuromuscular awareness
of the muscles and skin in your core.
Walking
Walking is one of the simplest ways to ease into a
fitness routine after giving birth. Start with an easy stroll.
Eventually you will work your way up to a pumped-up power walk. But a
gentle walk can still do wonders for you and your body, especially in
the beginning. Bringing baby along in a front pack will add extra weight
that can increase the benefits.
