Think about your belief about your ability to manage your nutrition while traveling and watch your language as well. If sustainable change is what you seek, there is no on or off track, its all life.
2. Make a plan:
Think of the times it will be difficult for you to be consistent and make a plan to address it. Decide your goals for the trip and plan for them.Consider the time away from your usual routine as a good time to practice other skills such as eating mindfully and moving your body in a different way.
3. Keep basics in mind:
Your food options may look different but keep in mind that a balanced plate has protein, vegetables/fruit, carbohydrates, and fat. Protein and vegetables are still good for you regardless of where you are. When choosing your meals, think of protein and vegetables (and fruit) first and add carbohydrates after.
