Lily says she worked out five to six times a week for an hour and a half each time to prep for the upcoming show. She also did a billion squats to make her butt look nice and round. In my opinion, working out can become a chore if done too frequently. I am the antithesis of an athlete. I've tried many sports growing up and failed miserably.
The best advice I was given recently was to work out the way you want and have fun while doing it. If you're enjoying it, it won't seem like such a hassle.
