Write a love note
Let someone you care about know how you feel. Spill your guts. Be mushy. Sharing your love makes you feel lovable.
Don't lie to yourself
Telling lies to yourself is the most harmful form of disrespect. Write out ways in which you are untruthful to yourself, and how to correct it.
Exercise
Exercising will make you feel better both physically and mentally. Though losing weight or getting in shape alone won't make a difference, it will make you feel like you are paying more attention to your body and developing a healthy routine.

Just the act of smiling tells your brain you are happy. Really. Try it.
