Twists:-
Sit on your bed with hands holding a
pillow in front of your chest. Bend knees at a 45 degree angle and heels on the
mattress with your toes pointing up. Now start by twisting your torso to right
so that your right hand touches the mattress beside you. Return to center then
do twist from the left. Repeat it from both sides 10-15 times. This will
improve flexibility of your body and strengthen your core.
