Planks:-
Take push-up position on
your mattress and balance on your forearms instead of your hands. With your
weight on forearms and toes, align your elbows under your shoulders. Now lift
your body to make a straight line from head to heels. Stay in this position for
20 seconds and then back to normal. Take rest for 20 seconds. Repeat it for 3-5
times. This exercise will improve balance and strengthens your abs and
back.
