Leg lifts:-
Start by lying flat on back
with arms at your sides. Make sure your legs are straight. Lift the right leg until
both leg and your hip form a 90-degree angle. Slowly lower your right leg down
to the bed. Repeat it from left leg. Repeat it 10 times from each leg. Leg lifts
supports lower back muscles and increases flexibility.
