Hold
a dumbbell of 1 kg or 2 kgs with both the hands and lift it over your head. Keep
your rams straight. Now take the dumbbell behind your back. Try to go lower as
much as you can. Now bring the weight up above your head. The more slowly you
move you arm, the more it gets toned. Repeat this for 40 times.
