Know how to cook Makki ki roti and Sarson ka saag in your kitchen

For sarson ka saag:-
Ingredients
750 gm sarson saag, 250 gm palak saag, 250 gm bathua saag, 2
cups water, salt to taste, 4 green
chilies (chopped), pinch of asafetida, 25 gm ginger (grated), 2 onions (chopped),
2 tbsp maize flour, 6 cloves of garlic, 100 gm ghee, 1/2 tsp red pepper powder,
1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp coriander powder
How to make
First take sarson saag, palak saag, bathua saag. Remove the
stem and wash them with water. Cut all saags into small pieces. Now take all
saags, water and salt in a pressure cooker. Cook in it for 10 minutes. Now let
them cool. Squeeze out saag and keep saag water aside. Now take a blender and
blend boiled saag along with green chillies. Add makki atta in it and stir. Now
in a pan, heat 2 tbsp of ghee. When get ghee gets hot, add asafoetida. Now fry
onion, garlic and ginger in it. Pour
saag water in pan. Also add mashed saag in pan and cook them. Add red pepper
powder, garam masala, coriander powder and salt in it. Add more ghee in it. Sarson
ka saag is ready. Garnish Sarson ka saag with butter.
