For makki ki roti:-
Ingredients
1/2 kg makki atta, water (for kneading), green coriander
leaves, ghee (for frying)
How to make
Take makki atta in a bowl. Add salt and green corainbder
leaves. Mix all ingredients and knead it with lukewarm water. Keep it aside for
15 minutes. Now, put the tava on flame. Make round balls from dough. With the
help of maize flour roll them into circle.
Now tava is heat and add a little ghee on it. Cook with ghee from both
sides. Makki ki roti is ready. Make all rotis in same way.
Serve makki ki roti with hot sarson da saag and jaggery.
