Ingredients
1/2 cup fenugreek /methi leaves (chopped), 2 cups wheat flour/gehun ka atta, 1 tbsp oil, 2 tbsp curd/dahi,1/4 tsp turmeric powder/haldi,1 tsp chilli powder, 1 tsp sugar, salt to taste, wheat flour/gehun ka atta (for rolling), oil for cooking

How to make
Take methi leaves, wheat flour, oil, curd, turmeric, chilli powder, sugar and salt in a deep bowl. Mix all ingredients. Now take enough water to knead soft dough. Make 22 equal portions from dough and roll out each portion into a roti using a little whole wheat flour for rolling. Heat a non-stick tava and cook each roti on medium flame using a little oil. Cook it till it turns golden brown in colour from both the sides. Serve methi theple hot with sweet mango pickle.
