2. Methi Malai Murg: Creamy Chicken Curry
Ingredients:
●    500 grams chicken, cut into pieces
●    2 cups fresh methi leaves, chopped
●    1 cup heavy cream
●    2 onions, finely chopped
●    2 tomatoes, pureed
●    2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
●    2 green chilies, chopped
●    1 teaspoon cumin seeds
●    1 teaspoon turmeric powder
●    1 teaspoon garam masala
●    1 teaspoon coriander powder
●    Salt to taste
●    3 tablespoons oil
Instructions:
1.    Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, mix chicken pieces with turmeric powder and salt. Set aside.
2.    Cook the Methi: Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, and let them splutter. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, and cook for a minute. Add the chopped methi leaves and cook until wilted.
