Effective exercises to reduce arm fat

Scissors:-
As the name suggests, it is an exercise to be done
in scissors style. This will help to reduce arm fat. First stand straight and
extend your arms to
the sides and then bring back in front of you. Arms should overlap each other
like a pair of scissors. Come to initial position. Repeat this move at least 20
times a day.
