Rotate your wrist:-
To reduce arm fat, you should do wrist rotation. Take some weight while doing this exercise
like half kg bottles in both the hands. Stand straight while keeping the
distance between feet. Stretch your arms to side. Now rotate your wrist swiftly
in clockwise and then in anti-clockwise direction. Repeat it for 1 minute
clockwise as well as anti-clockwise.
