Push ups:-
To tone your upper arm, pushups do wonder. Just lay
down on your stomach. Take pushup position. Now bend your elbow and push your
body towards ground. While doing push take your weight on arms on feet. Stomach
must not touch the floor. Now come back to original position. Do atleast 30
pushups every day.
