This one's one of the most common and popular new year resolutions. After a season of holidays and full-fledged partying, it's very natural that a vow to eat healthy, lose weight and get fit would follow. January is the time when we promise ourselves to swap eggs and burgers with oats and fruits. It all seems easy-to-follow till the first one or two weeks in January, but what after that? The problem starts when we force ourselves to go on a strict diet instead of eating everything in moderation. Since we completely stop eating certain things, it becomes difficult to follow the diet plan for long. Also, a lot of fitness clubs offer deals and promotions in January to encourage people who wish to lose weight. These offers do tempt people to take memberships in gyms and dance classes but not to continue their fitness regime. After the festive season and all the fun, we tend to become all the more lazy!
