Ingredients

2 cup semolina/sooji, 1 cup sour curd/khatta dahi, 1 tsp salt/namak,  1/2 tsp red chilli powder , 3 onions/pyaz, 2 tomatoes/tamatar, 1 piece ginger/adrak, 2 green chillies/hari mirch, few leaves coriander leaves, 1 cup finely chopped capsicum, oil for cooking, 3 tbsp mustard seeds

How to make

First take dahi, namak and sooji in a big bowl. Now add some water in bowl and mix them well. Cover this batter and leave for 2 hours. Now chop green chilli, onions, tomatoes, capsicum and ginger. Add red chilli powder in batter. Now heat a non stick pan and spread 1 tbsp oil. Now sprinkle some mustard seeds as oil gets hot. When seeds crackle, spread one tbsp of batter. Cook at low flame and grease it on the corners and turn it to cook the other side. Serve tasty and hot Rava uttapam with sambhar and coconut chutney or tomato ketchup.
