Ingredients
1/2 cup sabudana, 2 large potatoes, 3/4 tsp cumin
seeds/jeera, 1 green chilli (chopped), 2 tbsp kuttu ka atta, 1/4 cup peanuts, rock
salt or sendha namak as required, oil for frying
How to make
Soak sabudana in enough water for 4-5 hours. Drain and
keep them aside. Boil potatoes, peel and mashed roughly. Now roast peanuts in a
kadhai. Now add cumin seeds, green chilli,
kuttu ka atta, peanuts, sendha namak to drained sabudana mad mix them well. Add
mashed potatoes and roasted peanuts. Now mix all the ingredients. Take a kadai and
heat oil in it. Make small balls from the mixture with your hands. Now fry
these balls in hot oil. Deep fry till sabudana pakoras become light golden and
crisp. Serve sabudana pakoras hot with phalahari chutney.
