Ingredients
1 cup sabudana, 3/4cup dessicated unsweetened coconut,
1/2 cup powdered sugar or as required, 6 and 1/2 tbsp ghee, 9-10 cashews (chopped),
4-5 cardamoms (powdered)
How to make
First roast sabudana in kadai on low flame they become
crunchy and light brown. Let the sabudana completely cool and then grind to
fine powder in grinder. Now lightly roast coconut powder for few minutes. Now add
ground sabudana powder and powdered sugar to roasted coconut powder. Mix well
and keep aside. Now take kadhai and heat ghee in it. Add chopped cashews and
fry them till golden. Mix fried cashews into sabudana and coconut mixture. Add
cardamom powdered. Stir all the ingredients very well. When mixture is slightly
warm, make medium sized balls from it. Sabudana ladoo are ready to be served.
