Khichdi:-
Ingredients
1 cup sabudana, 2 medium sized potatoes, 1/2 cup
roasted peanuts,1 tsp grated ginger/adrak , 1 hari mirch (chopped),1 tsp
cumin/jeera, 1/2-1 tsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp oil, rock salt as required, water as
required
How to make
First soak sabudana for 3-5 hours. Boil potatoes. Peel
them and chop them. Now take a kadhai and roast peanuts till browned. Now heat
oil and fry cumin till they crackle. Now fry green chilies for half a minute
and then add grated ginger. Fry this ginger. Now add potato and saute for 1-2
minutes. Now add drained sabudana in kadhai. Mix them well. Now add peanuts and
rock salt and little water and cook it. Drizzle some lemon juice on khichdi. Before
serving, garnish hot sabudana khichdi with coriander leaves.
