Ingredients
1/2 cup sabudana, 1 medium sized potato (boiled and
peeled), a pinch of black pepper powder, 1 tbsp peanuts, 1 tbsp cashews, 1 tbsp
coriander leaves (chopped), 2 tsp oil, few drops of lemon juice, rock salt or
sendha namak as required
How to make
Start with soaking sabudana in enough water for 4-5
hours. Now chop potato and keep it aside. Take a kadhai and roast peanuts till
they are browned and crisp and keep them aside. In same oil, now roast cashews
till golden. Now remove cashews from oil. Now heat oil in pan. Add sabudana and
continue to stir while sauting them. Cook sabudana till they become
transparent, softened and completely cooked. Add chopped potatoes, peanuts,
cashews, coriander leaves, lemon juice, rock salt and black pepper powder in
it. Garnish with a few coriander leaves and serve sabudana bhel.
