Lachcha Paratha:-
Ingredients
2 cups whole wheat flour, 1 and 1/2 cups water, salt, 1 tsp oil or melted ghee, whole wheat flour (for rolling, melted ghee (for cooking)
How to make
In a mixing bowl, take wheat flour, oil and salt. Add water and mix well to knead smooth dough. Keep it aside for 30 minutes. Now divide the dough into 6 equal balls. Take one ball and roll into a medium size paratha. Apply some ghee and spread evenly, sprinkle some wheat flour. Now make pleats of the paratha from the opposite side. Now, again make a ball of the pleated roti by rolling it. Roll into paratha. Cook it on hot tava from both sides by applying ghee. Serve Lachcha paratha hot.
