Easy recipe to cook Sweet Corn and Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
1 and 1/4 cups sweet corn kernels/makai ke dane (boiled), 1/4 cup sweet corn kernels (crushed and boiled), 1 cup carrots , cauliflower and french beans (finely chopped and boiled), 4 tbsp cornflour, 1 tbsp butter, 1 and 1/2 tsp garlic/lehsun (finely chopped), 1 and 1/2 tsp ginger/adrak (finely chopped), salt to taste

How to make
Take 1/4 cup of water in a small bowl. Add corn flour in it and mix well till the corn flour dissolves completely. Keep this side. Now heat butter in a pan and add ginger and garlic. Cook them on medium flame for a few seconds. Add sweet corn, crushed sweet corn, carrots, cauliflower and French beans. Mix well and cook on medium flame for 1 more minute, while stirring continuously. Now add 4 cups of water along with cornflour-water mixture, salt and pepper. Mix well and cook on medium flame for 5 minutes. Stir it occasionally. Serve Sweet corn and vegetable soup hot with chillies in vinegar.
