This asana relaxes your mind and muscles. You feel good after taking few long breathes in this pose. Sit on the floor. Fold your legs and rest your hips on heels. Place your hands on your lap and palms face towards sky. Sit straight. Hold this pose for 5-10 minutes. Close eyes and take deep breathes. To come out of pose, breathe out and straighten your legs.
