This asana relaxes mind and helps to reduce anxiety and depression. Stand with both feet together and out your hands on hips. Take a breath and exhale. Soften your knees and bend your torso forward folding from hips. Let your hands rest on ground next to feet. Keep the space between your chest bone and pubis. There must be a feeling of stretch in hamstrings. Keep your head hang. Look through your legs and hold this pose. Come out of this asana bring your hands back to hips, move your body and stand tall.
