This asana puts you in meditative state by relieving you from stress. Start with sitting on your heels. Rest your hips on heels. Bend forward towards the floor while exhaling. Let your forehead touch the mat. Keep arms along side your body with hands on the floor, palms facing up. Gently press your chest on the thighs. Keep breathing. Hold this position for 30 seconds. Now come up to sit on the heels and relax.
