This asana makes your complete body as well as mind in relaxation state. This pose means complete relaxation. Lie down on floor on your back with legs apart. Loose your whole body. Keep both the hands a little away from the side of the body. Both the toes must face each other. Keep your head on either left or right side. Keep eyes closed and palms open. Concentrate your mind on each organ of body with normal breathing.
