Bhujhangasana:-
This asana helps to eradicate stress and make you happy. Lie down on stomach with hands on side. Toes should touch each other. Bring your hands to the front at the shoulder level and palms must rest on floor. Now slowly place body's weight on your palms, inhale and raise your head and trunk. The arms should be bent at the elbows. Arch your neck slightly backwards so the pose looks like a cobra with raised hood. Breathe normally and stomach press against the floor. Hold this asanas for few seconds. Release this pose by bringing the hands back to the sides and resting your head on floor. Place your hands under your head. Slowly rest your head on one side and breathe.
