Exercising regularly is really beneficial in preventing the risk of breast cancer. Also, doing household work will do the needful. The fat cells eventually cause the growth of cancer-causing tumours or lumps. So, get involved in some strenuous activity from today itself. Avoid Alcohol
A number of researches have revealed that alcohol is one of the reasons, which leads to breast cancer. So, watch out your alcohol intake, and it is better to avoid rather than limiting it. Alcohol is not an energy drink that you can't live without. Instead, go for healthy substitutes, such as fruit juices, which will surely benefit you in the long run.
Breastfeed
Women, who breastfeed their babies, have five percent lesser chances of developing breast cancer than the women, who don't. The studies have found out that the longer a woman breastfeeds her child, the lower she's at the risk of suffering from the disease. Breastfeeding reduces the count of oestrogen hormone in the body, which is assumed to be the cause of breast cancer.
Overweight
Another common reason behind breast canceris obesity or being overweight. Obesity, especially after menopause, tends to increase the risk of breast cancer in women. Therefore, avoid gaining too much weight so as to keep the risk of breast cancer considerably low.
Avoid canned food-drinks
Limit or totally avoid the canned food or drinks, as they contain certain chemical compounds, which act as oestrogens, thereby escalating the risk of breast cancer among women. Cooking food at high temperature may also increase the chances of this disease, as frying and barbecuing release a chemical, called acryl amide a cancer-causing compound.
