Choorma ka ladoo:-
Ingredients
3 cups wheat flour, 1 cup coconut (grated), 1 and 1/2 cups sugar, 8-9 tbsp ghee
How to make
Knead dough with wheat flour with little water and ghee. Roll out the dough into small balls. Now take a kadhai and add ghee in it. Fry dough balls in ghee over low flame until golden brown in colour. Now let the dough balls cool and then put in a mixer grinder to make a fine powder. Keep it aside. Add 1tbsp of ghee in the same pan. Fry grated coconut in it over a low flame for 3-4 minutes. Keep this aside in a small container. Add the remaining ghee into the pan and fry the sugar in it for 2-3 minutes on a low flame. Add 3-4tbsp of water to it and let it melt. Now add wheat flour powder and coconut to it. Cook them for 3-4 minutes on a low flame and turn off gas. Apply some ghee on your palms and make small round shapes with your hands. Serve churma ladoos by garnishing it with dry fruits.
